Overview
Enjoy a private guided tour of our estate winery, paired with a tasting of three organic Cru wines: Principe G (Grillo 2021), Schietto Nero D’Avola 2016, and your choice between Schietto Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 or Schietto Chardonnay 2016.
The experience includes a visit to the estate surrounded by our vineyards, a tour of the winery where we have been producing wine for over thirty years, and a guided tasting session right in front of the vines from which the wines are born.
Each wine will be paired with a curated gastronomic selection, complemented by our own olive oil, for an enhanced tasting experience. The pairings will include aromatic herbs, produce from our garden, and a few surprises.
