Join us for a comprehensive tour of our educational vineyard, where you'll learn about the unique characteristics of the six local grape varieties we cultivate: Perricone, Catarratto, Lucignola, Nero d'Avola, Grillo, and Syrah. Experience the different stages of growth, ripening, and harvesting, gaining a deeper appreciation for the challenges of winemaking.
Next, we’ll visit our highly sustainable winery and take in the essence of Monreale DOC from our terrace overlooking the stunning Belìce Valley. Finally, enjoy a tasting of four of our exquisite wines, perfectly paired with seasonal and local delicacies like vegetable tabbouleh, olives, cheeses, and more.
