Overview

The experience begins at Ouverture, a modern and luminous structure overlooking the captivating scenery of the Egadi Islands, and continues inside the Historic Cellars. Here, you’ll stroll along rows of oak barrels that form this temple of wine, immersing yourself in history and evoking memories and sensations from centuries past.
The visit includes several remarkable rooms steeped in tradition and treasures, from the Carretti Room to the Master Cooper's Room, culminating in the Punic Ship Room.
Upon returning to Ouverture, the tasting begins with five wines crafted from Sicilian native grape varieties: one white wine, one red wine, two Marsalas, and a Passito di Pantelleria, all paired with thoughtfully selected gastronomic delights.
